Researcher biography
I am a PhD candidate in the Wilson Performance Lab at the School of the Environment, The University of Queensland. I completed a Bachelor of Science (Ecology and Marine Biology) in 2023, followed by an Honours degree in 2024 at UQ.
My PhD aims to use studies of animal performance to explore how animals move through their environments and the speeds they choose to do so. I am particularly interested in investigating performance in different ecological contexts, and in response to environmental factors, such as habitat structure and predation risk.
