Researcher biography

I am a PhD student at The University of Queensland under the supervision of Salit Kark, John Dwyer, Lydia Guja, and Noam Levin. I am currently examining barriers to the recruitment of threatened plant species on Norfolk Island. This work aims to better understand the biology and ecology of these plant species and the threats they face, as well as to provide evidence-based recommendations for conservation and management strategies.

Before starting my PhD at The University of Queensland, I received my Masters and Bachelors degrees from Walla Walla University in the United States, where I examined the role plant pigments have in the health of marine isopods (MSc) and the role of sea cucumbers in coral reef health (BSc).
