Researcher biography
Tom is a French-born PhD candidate at The University of Queensland specialising in carbon and biodiversity offsets. His thesis is entitled “Assessing health-related co-benefits on carbon and biodiversity offset projects in Pacific islands”. He is being supervised by Associate Professor Paul Dargusch and Dr Natalie Jones.
He is also interested in private land conservation in Australia and how to enhance landowners’ participation, which was the focus of his Master’s thesis.
Tom holds a Master of Environmental Management from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of International Relations from the Institute of International Relations in Paris, France.
