Fei Yang

Fei is currently a postgraduate student studying environmental management at The University of Queensland. She worked as an analyst in financial services companies before she found her passion in marine and coral reef conservation. She is conducting a one-year research project regarding coral reef restoration, under the supervision of Dr Amelia Wenger. The project helps develop her spatial analysis skills, data analysis skills, and provides her with more insights into coral reef restoration at a global scale. Fei is involved in Dr Wenger’s group as a research assistant, to assist in the project of improving coastal health with a focus on coral reef areas. She is happy to be involved in coral reef related projects and keen to learn more about this area.
