Researcher biography
Eleanor is a postgraduate student researching connections between Aboriginal land management practices and the revival of language and culture, under the supervision of Dr Annabel Smith. This research is conducted in partnership with a First Nations environmental conservation group in southeast Queensland.
Eleanor concurrently works as a linguist to support Aboriginal communities in South Australia and Queensland to document and revive endangered languages.
