Researcher biography

Samuel Ho is currently a final year undergraduate science student majoring in Ecology and Zoology at The University of Queensland. He grew up in Hong Kong, a place known for its concrete jungle which also sustains high biodiversity.

He is passionate about conservation biology, particularly, but not confined to, freshwater fish and herpetofauna. This includes their threats, ecology and how they are being traded. Combined with his interest in wildlife photography and filming, he hopes to contribute to conservation through both research and education.
