Researcher biography
I am currently completing a Bachelor of Science at The University of Queensland with a double major in ecology and conservation biology, and marine biology. I’m particularly interested in botany and conservation science, and I have extensive experience in plant identification, as well as practical bushland management skills, through university field work and my work as a bush regenerator.
I have also completed an undergraduate research project with Prof. Elizabeth Aitken focussed on Australian fungi species’ taxonomy and antibacterial properties, and thoroughly enjoyed both the field work and lab work associated with my project.
