Researcher biography
I’m currently in my third year studying a Bachelor of Science at The University of Queensland, majoring in Ecology and Conservation Biology and Zoology with a minor in Marine Biology. I have a strong interest in rare species conservation, specifically involving birds, reptiles and amphibians, as well as animal behaviour, species responses to environmental change, ecosystem restoration and functional ecology.
Through my studies at UQ, I have been able to gain a variety of skills including insects, plant and bird identification, both terrestrial and marine surveying, camera trap monitoring, lab work, basic GIS and R to name a few.
